HOW DID YOU BECOME A STUDY SOFTWARE COORDINATOR?
“As an IT-savvy study coordinator at SIBAmed, I introduced an electronic study manamagent system altogether with centre manager Miriam Noel back in 2017. This system was not suitable for our everyday study requirements, so I took over the introduction of the CTMS RealTIme tool in 2019.”
WHAT’S YOUR MOTIVATION IMPLEMENTING CTMS?
“As an advocate of digitalization I would like to equip all our network study sites with this study software to guarantee a steadily increasing study quality in Germany. For the implementation of CTMS a certification of ICH-GCP is required, to secure the quality of clinical trials in every sector. Simultaneously, we support our study sites in the process of inclusion of the software. As SMO and bridge between sponsors/CROs and the study sites, we receive access to the respective study data of our network sites. This ensures simplified communication with each other.”
