HEAD OF STUDY SITES NETWORK (M/W/D)

for a full-time permanent position in Leipzig or remotely

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop an ideal profile for network sites and sources for gaining market intelligence and identifying potential new network sites
• Optimize tools and processes to attract and bring on board new network partners
• Build and maintain strong network site relationships with a positive community of high performing physicians and sites
• Ensure that the data and documents of the physicians and study centers in our database are always up to date
• Support the budget and contract negotiations
• Build, lead and manage the Site Operations Team
• Optimize processes, monitoring and tools to improve efficiency and reliable execution of studies by all network sites
• Contribute to the ambitious growth plans of our company

YOUR PROFILE:

• University or equivalent degree/education in Medical degree, MBA or Marketing desirable not essential
• Professional experience in clinical research and a deep understanding of the business of international clinical trials
• Knowledge of the health system in Germany and the professional culture of the private medical doctors with own practices
• Proven track record of delivering sales through customer profiling acquisition and retention (B2B or B2C)
• Experience in developing and implementing growth strategies by creating, executing and presenting successful sales activities
• Confident handling of business evaluations and the implementation of CRM systems
• Prior experience in line management of cross-functional teams
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) Excellent communication skills with all levels and functions and a great team player
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities
• High degree of reliability and sense of responsibility as well as independent and structured way of working
